Our Exclusivity Contingency search by definition means that our firm will only collect a fee if one of our candidates is placed.

This search will be exclusive to BOH, meaning no other search firm will be permitted to recruit or present candidates during the exclusive period. Exclusivity allows us to become an extension of your team in the market.

The success rate of this program is 95% more successful vs a Standard Contingency search due to the collaborative nature of the search.
